Close to Miami International airport, 20 km. Sunny patio was a place of peace.

The room had air conditioning, a balcony with an amazing ocean view, and an electric kettle for fresh coffee. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor swimming pool was large with sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. Linens and towels were provided. Access to the beach was easy and convenient.

The Pavilion offers a lovely access to the beautiful beach and spacious apartments that are perfect for family gatherings. Its convenient location allows for easy strolls along the Miami Beach Boardwalk, good for seniors.

More dining options nearby would improve the experience.

The beach access was out of this world. Soft sand and some of the clearest water. My spacious apartment featured a gorgeous ocean view, perfect for sunsets. Plus, the pool area was immaculate.

We enjoyed the beach and had a blast at the local amusement park. The apartment balcony was perfect. Suggestions , the beach gets crowded, so try to arrive early! We had a fun experience despite some minor hiccups.

The advertised units often don't match the reality. Guests may find themselves in outdated or poorly furnished condos that don't live up to expectations. Common areas appear neglected, with chipped paint and dirty walls mitigating the overall vibe. It feels isolated, with restaurants and stores a significant walk away.

It was just an appropriate option for resting at all in Miami Beach with good price-quality ratio. The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean, made our stay even better.

Clean room, convenient location, with fine beach access and a lovely outdoor swimming pool, made our stay enjoyable, especially with the nearby 24-hour reception available for assistance.

The Pavilion has lovely oceanfront views, and the access to the beach was easy for my senior friends and me. The spacious apartments made it perfect for our gatherings, providing ample room to relax and enjoy.

The gourmet salads at Pavilion were a total vibe, fresh flavors dancing all over the plate. Plus, I couldn't help but ride the wave of nearby spots like IT Italian Trattoria, serving up authentic pasta, and Blu Gin Lounge, where the cocktails could easily spark a party.

On the flipside, I found the picnic area a bit cramped for my food fest ambitions, and the limited seating at some nearby joints left me craving more of that Miami flavor.

The condo was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect for our Christmas vacation, close to restaurants, drugstores, and grocery stores. We also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and valet parking.

The condo building was in need of upgrading and lacked some facilities. We were also disappointed that there were not enough beach chairs available for guests, and the noise from the streets at night was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.
